Return Policy & Exchanges

Here at The Snapdragon Boutique, we strive to offer the best customer service possible. With that being said, we understand that an item may not fit exactly how you envisioned. No worries, we do accept returns within 30 days for STORE CREDIT ONLY. All items returned are at your own expense. If you are located in College Station, Texas you may arrange a time to drop off your return by emailing help@thesnapdragonboutique with the subject titled "Drop off return request" and your preferred date and time of drop off.

Final sale items and jewelry are NOT eligible for returns.

Return Policy

Any item(s) returned must have the original tag attached, be unwashed/unworn, and free of any scent such as perfume or smoke. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that appear to violate any of these policies. If refused, we will email you with the option to have the returned item(s) mailed back to you at your own expense. If we receive no response within 30 days we will donate the item(s).

3. Once your item has been received, please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed.

Exchange Policy

If you wish to make an exchange, please order the desired item you want ASAP! This helps to ensure you get the item you want before it sells out as we cannot "hold" any items. Be sure to fill in your new order # on the return form.

If the item you want in exchange for the returned item is the same price, you will be refunded in your original form of payment.

*Return Item(s) = Exchange Item(s) = Refund in original form of payment

If the item you want in exchange for the returned item is priced lower than the item you are returning, you will receive store credit for the difference in the price of the lower priced item and be refunded in your original form of payment for the remaining balance.

*Return Item(s) > Exchange Item(s) = Refunded the lower priced item of the two and refunded in your original form of payment for the remaining balance.

If the item you want in exchange for the returned item is greater than the item you are returning, you will be refunded for the item returned in your original form of payment.
